Kitchen: (12m²) fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, induction hob, cutlery and pots, and a good corkscrew! Overlooks the garden. Pergola space, and covered place to eat outside. High chair.
Living room  (16m²) very comfortable. Large tv, DVD player, high-speed internet, electric fireplace (central heating). Very charming ! Table for dinner. 
Bedroom 1  large suite: bedroom with double bed, clothes storage, desk with hi-speed internet. Ensuite shower room.

Bathroom  (12m²) WC, ultra-flat shower, sink, washing machine.
Bedroom 2  (20m²) Large bed, plenty of room for clothes storage, garden view.
children's room  (15m²) with 4 beds, storage and lots of games and books! Cot possible.
Fully fenced garden. Games room and spa. Swimming pool.
